A front approaching the state will bring scattered storms through the afternoon and evening on Monday. The main concern is flooding. Highs will be in the low 90s.
A Flood Warning is in place for Cumberland and Bladen counties until Tuesday at 2 a.m.
This follows significant flooding from Chantal, which caused damage and road closures across the Triangle and central North Carolina.
